Information you choose to provide
The loan questionnaire asks for contact details, identifiers (such as a Social Security number or ITIN), date of birth, household and employment details, income, accounts, debts, credit circumstances, property and loan information. Certain demographic questions are optional and explain when a response is voluntary.
Why we request it
TAXMA’s lending team uses submitted information to respond to your request, understand financing needs, review eligibility and coordinate the next steps. Separate optional choices control application texts, marketing texts and marketing emails.
Where submitted answers go
When secure submission is enabled, the system stores encrypted answers for the authorized TAXMA lending team. The system attempts to send Mary an email notification with an encrypted attachment; email delivery is not guaranteed. Authorized staff can review saved submissions in the protected staff inbox. The website does not send readable financial answers in the email body. Hosting and email providers process data to operate these services. Information needed by a lender or other provider will be addressed in the applicable transaction disclosures.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to apply or purchase. Communication choices apply only to TAXMA Financial Center. Do not send sensitive identifiers or financial documents by ordinary email. Contact Mary to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing communication consent; applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
Mobile information and text-message consent
Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in choices, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to support the messaging service. Website storage
This version does not use advertising trackers, analytics, or browser storage to save application answers. Entries remain in the open page until submitted or cleared. Hosting services may maintain technical security logs. Authorized records need to be retained according to applicable lending and business recordkeeping obligations.
Technical information and tracking choices
This Financial Center section does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts and does not track your activity across unrelated websites. It does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal because no such tracking is implemented here. Our hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. External websites you choose to visit have separate practices.
Review, correction and privacy requests

Do not include sensitive documents in your initial email. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Your applicable legal rights and any exceptions depend on the information, the service, and the laws that apply; business and lending recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion. This notice does not waive any privacy rights.
Retention and policy changes
Submitted records are stored for staff review. Retention depends on the service requested, transaction status, legal recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve requests or disputes.
